Paprika Lime Green Bean Fries


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 lb green beans, cut into half (225g)
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C).
  • Combine the dry ingredients (almond flour, paprika, lime zest, salt, and pepper) together. Dredge the green beans in the whisked egg first then generously coat with the dry mixture.
  • Place individually on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
