

Paprika Lime Green Bean Fries
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 lb green beans, cut into half (225g)
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1/2 cup almond flour (60g)
- 1 Tablespoon paprika (6g)
- Zest of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C).
- Combine the dry ingredients (almond flour, paprika, lime zest, salt, and pepper) together. Dredge the green beans in the whisked egg first then generously coat with the dry mixture.
- Place individually on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
