Microwave Mug Cookie


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tbsp butter  
  • 3 tbsp almond flour  
  • 1 tbsp erythritol  
  • 1 pinch cinnamon  
  • 1 egg yolk  
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract  
  • 1 pinch salt  
  • 2 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips


INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Melt a tablespoon of butter in a small pan.
  • Combine this browned butter with 3 tablespoons of almond flour.
  • Add in erythritol and cinnamon. 
  • add egg yolk, vanilla extract and salt. 
  • Add sugar free chocolate chips.
  • Spray a mug, cup or ramekin with some cooking oil and place your cookie dough in.
  • Microwave on high for about a minute.
  • Let it cool for a few mins.
