Microwave Mug Cookie
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp erythritol
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Melt a tablespoon of butter in a small pan.
- Combine this browned butter with 3 tablespoons of almond flour.
- Add in erythritol and cinnamon.
- add egg yolk, vanilla extract and salt.
- Add sugar free chocolate chips.
- Spray a mug, cup or ramekin with some cooking oil and place your cookie dough in.
- Microwave on high for about a minute.
- Let it cool for a few mins.
